Anita is a proud, first-generation Armenian-American, the first to graduate from University in her family, and a mom of 2 young kids—a true wanderlust at heart and French baker in her dreams.
Anita has over 15 years of Marketing experience, from database management to digital operations. After graduating from a top business school in Boston, Bentley University, she started in the healthcare industry. Working with some of the top pharmaceutical companies, Anita built their targeted email campaigns and landing pages for OTC and prescription treatments.
Continuing her career for the next 5 years, she was presented with the opportunity to work for a non-profit in Armenia, her homeland. Jumping at the opportunity, what was supposed to be a 9-week project extended to 6 1/2 months and the most incredible life-changing experience. She had her hands deep into grassroots product marketing, partnering with native tradesmen and women, training them, and working with international trade shows to sell their products.
With that experience in her back pocket, she jumped back into digital marketing in the States, where she focused on growing her project management certifications and became agile-certified - the perfect fit for a self-described, detail-oriented nerd.
